The Objective of this sub-project would be to take advantage of already installed computer
facilities and other infrastructure to bring ICT as a tool for youth development at
secondary school level. At this stage, students would be introduced to ICT in a way that
showcases its relevance to every discipline they intend to pursue. This would induce an
ICT affiliation to every secondary school student passing out of school.
